Refund & Exchange Policy

No Refunds (with exceptions)

We do not offer refunds except under certain conditions outlined below. Exchanges are accepted for items returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please email us at jackie@shopgobrosco.com before sending any items back.

  • Exchanges will only be accepted after approval.

  • Customers are responsible for providing their own shipping label.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • If a return is requested after 7 days, a store credit will be provided instead.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return labels are only issued for damaged or defective items.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
